The Hippodrome Foundation, Inc. (HFI) is the non-profit partner of the Hippodrome Theatre at the France Merrick Performing Arts Center. The foundation's mission, in addition to presenting the Broadway series at the Hippodrome, is to increase access to the Hippodrome and all if its assets through free outreach and education programs for the Maryland community.

The foundation works routinely with teachers, school systems, senior organizations and more to create opportunities for people who might not otherwise have the chance to experience live theater. HFI serves thousands yearly with master classes, summer camp, a Young Critics Program, student matinees, tours and more. We are grateful for the support of Baltimore County Commission on Arts & Sciences, Baltimore City Promotion & Arts, Maryland State Arts Council, and National Endowment for the Arts for helping to fund some of the foundation's programming.
