Mail Order
Patrons may send check, money order, gift certificate, or credit card, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
France-Merrick Performing Arts Center, Attn: Box Office, 12 North Eutaw Street, Baltimore, MD 21201. Allow three weeks for receipt, processing, and forwarding tickets.

Tickets Purchased at the Box Office
Beginning May 1, 2006, there will be a $3.00 service charge added to all tickets purchased at the Hippodrome Theatre Box Office. The Box Office accepts cash, checks (up to 10 banking days prior to performance), money orders, Travelers' Checks (proper ID required), or VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Debit cards are accepted only in person at the Box Office and only with proper identification.

Accessibility Services
The France-Merrick Performing Arts Center offers a variety of
accessibility services to assist our patrons on enjoying events at the Center. Accessible seating is available for all performances at the France-Merrick Performing Arts Center. Accessible seating, audio description and ASL signed interpretation services are available. All inquires regarding accessibility services should be made in advance by calling 410-752-7444.

Tickets Purchased through TicketMaster
The France-Merrick Performing Arts Center has an exclusive agreement with TicketMaster to handle the theatre's ticketing. Except for accessible seating, TicketMaster handles all phone sales. The ticket price for a ticket sold through TicketMaster is the same as at the Box Office, however TicketMaster applies convenience charges for phone, outlet sales, and Internet sales. (It is called a convenience charge because it is applied when patrons use TicketMaster to purchase tickets rather than coming to the Box Office in person.) Acceptable credit cards include: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For questions or concerns about tickets, patrons should contact the France-Merrick Performing Arts Center Box Office or TicketMaster Customer Service.

Refunds
All sales are final. Tickets will not be replaced, refunded, or exchanged.

TicketMaster Outlet Network
TicketMaster has outlets in many retail stores in the region that serve as outlets. Almost every Macys's department store is a TicketMaster Outlet. There are also outlets at Record & Tape Traders and most major area venues. Each outlet is provided with a seating chart and basic information about the France-Merrick Performing Arts Center.

Ticket Pick-Up
TicketMaster will mail tickets to customers up to 10 days before a performance. After that, patrons with proper ID may pick-up tickets at the Box Office. Tickets ordered through TicketMaster phone charge will be held at the Box Office and may be picked-up the day of the performance at the Will-Call window.


Subscriber Ticket Exchanges
Exchanges are available to Broadway In Baltimore Subscribers only. Subscribers may exchange tickets for another performance of the same production at the Box Office only, no later than 48 hours prior to the date of the performance shown on the ticket.

TicketMaster Gift Certificates

Patrons may purchase gift certificates at the Box Office (Mon-Fri 11a-3p or through intermission on performance days), online, by phone at 410.547.SEAT, or by U.S. mail (patrons must include SASE, their name, address, phone, and method of payment). Patrons may redeem gift certificates at the France-Merrick Performing Arts Center Box Office (Mon-Fri 11a-3p) or by U.S. mail. Please note: services charges and facility fees may apply. Inclement Weather Policy
Most performances are presented, as scheduled. The show's touring company, after consultation with the theatre management, makes any decision about a cancellation or delay in showtime. In most cases, unless there is an official city-wide emergency issued by the Mayor of Baltimore, the show will go on as scheduled, with no refunds or exchanges.
